The 221 logo is going a lighter shade of pink in support of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

In honor of all of the unforgotten victims, fierce survivors and the courageous women who are battling breast cancer every day, I’ll be rockin’ this color all month to remind everyone to join the fight to find a cure.

And coming later this week, a fabulous way for you to help support the cause – stay tuned!

Hello, old friends!  Well, I have to apologize for taking such a long hiatus; I am a bad blog parent indeed.  There are so many stories to tell!  

As I got back into the swing of things in the office today, I caught a glimpse of this letterpress print that I purchased on Etsy a couple of months ago, and I just had to because I really, truly do get to do this every day.  

The votes have been counted and the results are in . . . 221 by Viv has snagged the #1 spot in the category of Best Wedding Planner on the MyFoxLA OC Hotlist!  At first, I was a little disconcerted that these results were announced on April Fools’ Day, but I’ve been assured that they are legit!

Since this may be the closest I ever have to a Natalie-Portman-Oscar-winner moment, please indulge me just this once…

This past Friday, the hubby and I headed up to Burbank for a taping of “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”. It was pretty incredible to see how seamlessly the entire live show comes together,  and it got me thinking about how planning for and producing a wedding is really very similar to producing a live TV show.
